audition details for come from away

Set against the quiet backdrop of a tiny Newfoundland town on September 11, 2001, this uplifting, fast-paced musical captures the incredible true story of 7,000 stranded airline passengers and the small community that opened its doors to them. Performed by a dynamic ensemble playing dozens of characters, the show uses driving Celtic folk-rock, vivid storytelling, and minimal props to transform a moment of global panic into a powerful celebration of human warmth. As fear turns into friendship and sudden strangers become family, this spirited production honors the resilience of the human spirit, showing how empathy and connection can shine through the darkest of times.
