It’s a time of new beginnings at Lakeshore Players Theatre. On behalf of the staff and board, welcome to our new home in the Hanifl Performing Arts Center – designed to be a community gathering place for positive, shared experiences.

I’m really happy to announce we’re lowering single ticket prices. You’ve helped us build this beautiful new home and we want to give this gift to ensure anyone who wants to can afford to experience it. The 2018-19 season single ticket price for all Lakeshore Players Theatre’s main stage productions will be reduced to $20. Thanks to everyone for your support and welcome to the Lakeshore Players Theatre 66th season.

kids & family series - CURRENT & UPCOMING PRODUCTIONS

These shows are a great way to introduce your youngest audience member to the magic of theatre, and get your older ones thinking about the world around them!

CABARET (Sept 13-30, 2018)

A divinely decadent experience.

Willkommen to 1930s Berlin and the delightfully seedy Kit Kat Klub, where life is beautiful! Leave your troubles outside and follow your heart as the world loses its way.

A fun vaudevillian romp full of pachydermal peril and swiney suspense. Perfect for audience members of all ages! Based on the beloved Mo Willams children’s books.

ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS (Oct 25 - Nov 11, 2018)

A fail-safe recipe for hilarity.

This updated take on The Servant of Two Masters tells the brilliantly funny tale of Francis Henshall as he juggles multiple bosses (and personae) in 1960’s England.

IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (Nov 29 - Dec 16, 2018)

No man is a failure who has friends.

BASKERVILLE (Jan 10-27, 2019)

It’s anything but elementary.

Get your deerstalker cap on - the play’s afoot! Join the world’s most famous detective and his partner, Dr. Watson, as they solve one of his most notorious cases in this fast-paced comedy. That’s right, comedy!

Charlotte's Web (Feb 9-22, 2019)

Chin up! Everybody loves a happy face.

This classic reinforces the value of friendship through the story of a pig named Wilbur and his bond with a barn spider named Charlotte.

STEEL MAGNOLIAS (Mar 15-31, 2019)

Sometimes laughter is a matter of life and death.

A triumphant comedy-drama, Steel Magnolias explores the bond a group of women share in a small-town, southern community as they cope with the death of one of their own.

Balloonacy (Apr 20-Apr 28, 2019)

Learn to play again.

A lonely hermit is steadfast in their silent routine until a balloon finds them and insists on becoming their friend.
